Editing, Again

I edited and reedited Chapters 18 and 19 in Deluge. I forgot they were so dialogue heavy. Some pages had been almost like talking heads, so I had quite a bit of work to do to flesh it out. But after four or five rounds over those two chapters, I've put them to bed for now. I still have a slight feeling I might need to do more, especially with setting. When the characters talk so much, there is little chance for the that stuff. But, when I read other people's work, they will have dialogue sections like mine, so maybe I'm being paranoid.

Maybe now I will be back on track with the edits. I THINK the rest of the novel went better in the first draft. I guess we'll find out. I am officially at the 2/3rd mark in the novel.
