Chapter 28 done

It was only 796 words. In the revision it may expand a bit, but it is done for now. This brings the word total for PSI Emergency to 33,598. About one chapter short of the book's mid-point. Just two more 'set up' chapters to go, after which, all Hell breaks loose! I can't wait!
